A 4-course meal featuring assorted charcuterie, Dungeness crab soufflé & a special duck liver torchon gift from the kitchen. Your main dish will be Blanquette de veau with black truffles & baby vegetables. To complete the meal, our pastry chef will prepare île flottante for dessert.
