Behind the Scenes: Film Critics Dave Kehr & Michael Fox in Conversation

Thu., Aug. 1 2013
Price: $5.50 - $9.50
New York Times contributor Dave Kehr has been known for his controversial opinions, often disagreeing with his colleagues by critically rejecting such esteemed films as Raging Bull and Apocalypse Now, but doing so with impeccable literacy and insight. In this conversation, Kehr and Fox will discuss writing about film history in a very public forum but beyond the reach of the current release. A screening of Raoul Walsh’s Wild Girl, the director’s 1932 parody of silent Westerns, follows at 8:30 p.m.
