Beginners Guide to Mindfulness Meditation

When: Sun., April 2, 5:45-7:45 p.m. 2017

The benefits of Mindfulness meditation are numerous and research suggests that it is associated with reduction in stress, improvement in overall health and well-being, decrease in depression and anxiety, improvement in sleep, etc. Please wear clothing you are comfortable moving in, and lots of warm layers if you get cold easily. All materials will be provided, but you are encouraged to bring your own mat and blanket (La Pena has extra mats if you do not have one).
