Balancing Science and Justice

The Exploratorium and UC Hastings College of the Law present a new series that brings together the worlds of science and law for a provocative set of discussions, hosted by science policy and constitutional law expert Professor David Faigman. The series’ first program will explore the right to die, discussing the facts, legal ramifications, and ethical concerns surrounding physician aid in dying, as well as how medical professionals can facilitate a peaceful and personally meaningful dying process.
