April's New Menu Items at Ajanta!

Tue., April 3 2012

Ajanta is one of the best places to experience sophisticated Indian dining in the East Bay. Through a changing menu we offer creative dishes from all over India and the elegant dining hall features Indian artwork inspired by the caves of Ajanta. We have voted the Best Indian Food by Zagat for the past 4 years!

This month, please join us for dinner and try these 3 new dishes:

ACHARI GOSHT: Boneless Lamb, cubed, braised with ginger, onions, tomatoes, dried red chiles, yogurt, lime juice and coarsely ground spices including coriander, fenugreek and cloves (Uttar Pradesh)

SINDHI MURG: Boneless, skinless, organic chicken pieces cooked in a sauce made with onions, tomatoes, yogurt, ginger, garlic, whole peppercorns, white poppy seeds, mint, and several other spices (Sindh)

SABZI RANGARANG: Cauliflower, green beans, broccoli, carrots and peas, simmered in a sauce made with onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, lime juice, coconut milk and several spices (Mumbai) (Vegan)

It is always a pleasure to see you at Ajanta.
