A lecture on Tibetan Buddhist art by StanfordUniversity scholar Robert W. Clark follows a performance of Tibetan music on the damnyen and lingbu by Techung at the Berkeley Art Museum (2626 Bancroft Way) on Sunday, August 8. Techung's CD Semshae-Heart Songs is aimed at teaching Tibetan culture and compassion; Clark has served as a translator in the Dalai Lama's private office. 1:30 p.m., $5-$8
