And so they came, and they tricked out their new digs with altars and Dia de los Muertos memorabilia. They hired cooks who actually know salsa fresca from Pace Picante, and who can fry corn chips until they’re thick and crispy. And it was good. Very, very good. San Francisco-style burritos with San Francisco-quality ingredients make San Ramon very happy. And now, Danville, Lafayette, and Pleasanton too.
