It’s gorgeous during the day and a bit more private; at night the sparkling lights of the city draw more starry-eyed lovers (and occasionally rowdy drinkers). If you want to go after sunset, visit in the dead of night, when the teenage crowd is past curfew and the alcoholics have passed out, and you will have an entire glimmering city to yourself.
