Kelly Vance

Kelly Vance, who reviewed American Sniper but would rather spend his afternoons looking at films by J.C. Chandor or Jean-Pierre Melville, never got over the closing of the UC Theatre in Berkeley. His biggest movie-world thrills were meeting directors Samuel Fuller and Alfonso Cuarón – although not simultaneously. He looks forward to the day when movies will be automatically streamed into the brains of audiences, against their will, at any time of the day or night, in a completely random manner. It is by this method that he will be forced to finish watching the Twilight series.
