The Raider ship continues to take on water as it appears that star defensive lineman Richard Seymour will not be in a black and silver uniform any time soon.
Appearing on the Dan Patrick radio show this morning, announcer and former player Rodney Harrison opined that the situation in Raider-land is an embarrassment to the NFL. According to the report on CNNSI.com, Harrison said that "the coach hit an assistant, the best quarterback was cut, players don't like [quarterback] JaMarcus Russell."
Harrison talked with Seymour, who was traded last week from the New England Patriots to the Raiders, and said that going to Raiderland would be "devastating to a football career." Harrison said that if he had been traded to the Raiders,"he would have driven to Chicago and jumped off the Sears Tower." Ouch!
