BART officials said yesterday that they have completed the investigation into former officer Johannes Mehserle’s fatal shooting of Hayward resident Oscar Grant, and have forwarded their conclusions to the Alameda County District Attorney. According to the San Francisco Chronicle, BART top cop Gary Gee said his staff interviewed 7 cops and 33 other witnesses to the shooting. Now it’s up to the DA, who’s expected to make a decision in the next two weeks.
