Honestly, we're getting pretty sick of writing about all the Keystone Kops running around the East Bay. Can't somebody else screw up for a while? This time, it's a sexual harassment complaint filed against one of the Oakland Police Department's most important leaders. According to the Trib, a female sergeant was on the short list to make lieutenant, when Deputy Chief Jeff Loman allegedly asked her to dinner to talk about it. She got creeped out and filed the complaint. That's all anyone seems to know for now; the city made the complaint publicly known in an effort to maintain transparency.
