Yul Kwon, the brain-and-brawn winner of the last Survivor series who's become the unofficial icon of Asian-American male hotness, continues to extend his fifteen seconds of fame. Tomorrow, the city of Concord will proclaim August 16th "Yul Kwon Day." The six-pack-sporting management consultant, who grew up in the Contra Costa County city and now lives in San Mateo, will be on hand to accept the special honor. The free event at Todos Santos Plaza starts at 6:30 p.m. and includes a performance by the Caribbean rock band APE, as well as a screening of the movie Jungle Book. Click here for more information.
