This week, "The Making of a Criminal": In the first installment of Kathleen Richards' two-parter on youth crime, "System Failure," we meet nineteen-year-old Cyrioco Robinson, a bright, good-looking, charismatic young man who's nevertheless headed down the permanent jailhouse road.
