Almost everyone there becomes a cheerleader for Sylvestre. Chavez remembers his first year in the clinic: "I thought, 'She's there every day, you should be there, too.' I don't know of other doctors who spend their lunch hour educating drug addicts, people who everyone else has slammed the door on."
