We introduce laughter yoga with no jokes, no yoga poses, just playful, easy laughter exercises, yogic breathing, and a final relaxation. Medical studies show that laughter relieves stress, improves circulation & digestion, and strengthens your immune system. Drop-ins and all levels of physically fitness always welcome.
